2/3 cup Butter

1 2/3 cups sugar

1 1/4 cups bananas (3 or 4 bananas)

2 eggs

2/3 cup buttermilk

If you don’t have buttermilk on hand you can make your own by putting 1/2 cup milk and 1 Tablespoon of white vinegar and let set for a few minutes then add to batter.

Add: 2 1/2 cups flour

1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2/3 cups chopped nuts (optional)

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes

Icing:

1/2 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup milk

Melt that on the stove top and boil for 1 minute

Then add 3 1/4 cups of powdered sugar and beat with hand mixer until smooth then pour over warm cake, spread and Enjoy!
